Paul Tulley is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon practising in London and the South East of the UK. He specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, in particular facial rejuvenation surgery including facelifting, complex rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, cosmetic breast surgery, and abdominoplasty and body contouring.
He also specialises in reconstructive surgery for facial palsy, skin cancer and abdominal wall reconstruction.
Paul graduated from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, London in 1993 and completed his early general surgical training at Charing Cross and University College Hospitals, becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1997.
He commenced his plastic surgical training at Mount Vernon Hospital, initially as a research fellow at the RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery. Paul was awarded an MD by the University of London in 2001 for his research in the use of gene therapy for the treatment of malignant melanoma. He subsequently completed specialist registrar training in plastic surgery at a number of London teaching hospitals on the Pan-Thames Plastic Surgery programme, joining the GMC specialist register for plastic surgery in 2007.
Paul subsequently undertook further specialist training in microsurgical reconstruction during fellowships in Taipei, Taiwan and Toronto. He gained additional experience in cosmetic surgery during a cosmetic fellowship at the Wellington Hospital, London and further training in the United States. He has trained with many of the leading aesthetic surgeons in the United Kingdom and the USA.
