Dr Nicki Bystrzonowski is an accomplished Consultant Plastic Surgeon on the GMC Specialist Register, with extensive training across some of London’s most prestigious plastic surgery units. Dr Bystrzonowski graduated from the University of London in 2006. Following early training in General Surgery, she became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS) and subsequently embarked on higher specialist training in Plastic Surgery. Her training took place across world-renowned centres including Charing Cross Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital and The Royal Free Hospital, where she gained expert experience in reconstructive, aesthetic and microsurgical techniques.

Dr Bystrzonowski currently holds a Consultant post at The Royal London Hospital, specialising in complex microsurgical reconstruction. Her NHS work includes breast reconstruction, trauma, skin cancer surgery and advanced soft-tissue reconstruction, where she is valued for her calm manner, surgical finesse and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Alongside her reconstructive practice, she offers a comprehensive cosmetic service encompassing both surgical and non-surgical treatments. Her aesthetic interests include breast surgery, body contouring, facial surgery, and advanced injectable treatments such as dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters and regenerative therapies.
