Dr. Vissers completed his medical training Belgium, one of the world’s leading countries in medicine. He achieved the highest honours, graduating with greatest distinction from Antwerp University. He was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science (BSc), followed by a Master of Medicine (MMed) and the higher post-graduate degree of Doctorate in Medicine (MD).

Dr. Gino Vissers was further trained in European centres of excellence in Belgium, the Netherlands, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. He is able to provide surgical expertise in cosmetic surgery, facial surgery, body contouring, breast surgery, skin cancer surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery and general plastic surgery. Dr. Vissers achieved a Master of Specialist Medicine (MMed) with greatest distinction, and he obtained the highly respected post-graduate specialist certificate in hand surgery (BHSC) from the esteemed KU Leuven in Belgium.

Dr. Vissers has distinguished appointments as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in England (FRCS(Plast)), Fellow of the Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum (FCCP), and Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). He also is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at University of Antwerp in Belgium and at the prestigious Pan Thames training program in plastic surgery in London.
